This Agreement is entered into by and between Classified-Ads-4Free and any individual, corporation,
association, agency, company, or other entity who accesses or uses the Classified-Ads-4Free (the "Advertiser" or "you").
When using Classified-Ads-4Free, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use").
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use please do not use the site and do not post your ads.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these
Terms of Use at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes.
You acknowledge that all Content is the sole responsibility of the person
from which such Content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all Content that
you post, email or otherwise transmit via the our Classifieds. Classified-Ads-4Free does not control
all of the Content posted via the Classified-Ads-4Free Service and, as such, does not guarantee the
accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Classified-Ads-4Free
Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no
circumstances will Classified-Ads-4Free be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not
limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind
incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the
Classified-Ads-4Free Service.
User Conduct
You agree to not use the Classified-Ads-4Free to:
» unlawful purposes
» post false ads or email false questions to advertisers
» post or email any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening,
abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy,
hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
» alter, damage or delete any Content or other communications that are not your own Content
or to otherwise interfere with the ability of others to access the Classified-Ads-4Free;
» post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit
under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships
» post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent,
trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
» post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses
» intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law
» violate any operating rule, policy or guideline of your Internet access provider or online service
The Classified-Ads-4Free reserve reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any ad from its web site.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that Content on the Classified-Ads-4Free is generally provided by the Classified-Ads-4Free,
individual advertisers, third party licensees, and/or other users. You may not modify, copy,
reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, display or otherwise
transfer or commercially exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part.
Links
The Classified-Ads-4Free may provide links to other Web sites or resources. Because Classified-Ads-4Free
has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Classified-Ads-4Free
is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse
and is not responsible or liable for any Content.
Disclaimer
The Classified-Ads-4Free is not responsible for any defects or failures associated
with the Classified-Ads-4Free or any damages (such as lost profits or other consequential damages)
that may result from any such defects or failures. In addition, Classified-Ads-4Free makes no
guarantees as to the sites and information located worldwide throughout the Internet to which
you may access as a result of the use of the Classified-Ads-4Free.
You acknowledge and agree that you and Classified-Ads-4Free are independent contractors under these Terms and Conditions.
Should you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights we reserves the right to pursue any and all legal
and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, deleting all your ads.
If you are aware of any violations of these Terms and Conditions,
please report them to us.
